Build Manchester was a vibrant 12-day skateboarding event held at Aviva Studios in summer 2024, hosted by adidas Skateboarding in collaboration with Factory International. The event transformed the venue into a custom-built skate plaza and featured skate jams, exhibitions, workshops, film screenings, and demos by adidas’ global team riders. Local skate communities, including NOTE Shop—celebrating its 25th anniversary—played a key role, with NOTE hosting special jams and skate school sessions that highlighted Manchester’s deep-rooted skate culture.
