"12.38 is the old 70s skate park in Liverpool, Edge Lane. There is footage of Rowley doing the same ollie over the fence, from late 90s on one of his visits back to Liverpool. The angle Rowley was filmed from didn't do it justice. Its gnarly and rough as hell, with glass, stones, and needles about. I'm sure it was that long ago, Rowley did it in airwalks. Don't quote me on that. The Everton handrails are Liverpool too. Harry L smith grinds them. Black rails on the yellow stone. Just about the time Brian Sumner moved to the States, he was on cover of British skate mag doing smith down them.
